Prices

All prices on this website are quoted in UK pounds and are inclusive of VAT. Installation, bearers and slabs are not included in the selling price, but are offered as optional extras.

Cancellations and Amendments

Whilst we will endeavour to meet any of your requests, we regret that alteration or cancellations will not be possible once your order has been processed and your building is manufactured.

Website Errors

Whilst we endeavour that this website is free from errors of any kind, we reserve the right to change specification and prices without notice. We will inform you if a pricing error occurs, and you may choose to either proceed with the order or cancel the order.

Shrinkage & Swelling

Timber is a natural product an will react to the variable British climate, therefore shrinking of timber components may occur in hot weather and swelling in damp or wet weather.

Conditions of Sale

It is condition of sale that the goods shall remain the property of Nick Smith Fencing until paid for by the purchaser, and any credits cleared. Nick Smith Fencing reserves the right to have unrestricted access to reclaim goods for which credits may have been charged back or cancelled.
